- Headstand Program - building the foundations your body needs to be able to headstand with control and confidence
- Yoga Strong - progressively build your full-body strength over four weeks.
- Momentum Flow - gives you access to Yoga Strong, Flexibility Program, Anatomy Program, as well as the Momentum Flow masterclasses
